Order Confirmation
By placing an order with Mila Luxe Boutique, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Return & Refund Policy.
By completing your purchase, you agree that:
- You understand our return conditions and timelines
- You will follow the return process outlined below
- This policy may be used as reference in case of disputes or chargebacks
Returns
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Only normal handling (such as trying on) is allowed
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your item.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery:

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
- Full name and shipping address
Please wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending your item.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until your return is completed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at info@milaluxeboutique.com with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos or video showing the problem
Once reviewed:
- We may offer a replacement if available
- In some cases, a return may not be required
Replacements are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is lost during shipping:
- Contact us with your order and tracking details
- We will assist in resolving the issue with the courier
If confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If a package is:
- Refused upon delivery
- Not collected
- Returned due to an incorrect address
A $35 CAD fee may be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.

Chargebacks & Disputes
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us first. We are here to help and will always aim to resolve matters quickly and fairly.
In the event of a dispute or chargeback, we may provide supporting documentation, including:
- Order confirmation
- Shipping and tracking details
- Communication records
Submitting a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.
Additional Information
- Returns are shipped at the customer’s expense
- Items must meet hygiene and condition standards to be accepted
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
